If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of this Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MadeInEgypt.Com LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
MadeInEgypt.Com is a neutral, multi-vendor online marketplace technology platform that facilitates connections between independent third-party sellers ("Vendors") and buyers. We are a technology platform provider only. We do not manufacture, produce, inspect, certify, warehouse, store, ship, or deliver any products. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Use of this Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Vendors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of MadeInEgypt.Com. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, descriptions, certifications, and fulfillment of orders. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export regulations, product safety standards, and consumer protection laws. The Platform reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any vendor account at its sole discretion.
Users may not: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; engage in price manipulation; circumvent platform fees; create fake reviews; harass other users; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform.
The Platform's design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content are owned by MadeInEgypt.Com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Vendor product images and content remain the property of respective vendors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MadeInEgypt.Com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any proceedings not subject to arbitration.
All disputes are subject to mandatory binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida. See our full Arbitration Policy. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check this page regularly for updates.
